Take a First Look at the Bob Dylan-Inspired Girl From the North Country

Like a rolling stone, Girl From the North Country is headed towards its Broadway opening. The new musical, written and directed by Conor McPherson, and featuring the music of Bob Dylan, has released its production photos. The musical takes place in Duluth, Minnesota in 1934, during the Great Depression, and is about the down-on-their-luck denizens of a boarding house. The ensemble cast includes Austin Scott, Mare Winningham, Jay O. Sanders, Marc Kudisch, Luba Mason and more. Girl From the North Country is in previews now and opens on March 5 at the Belasco Theatre. See more photos from the show below.
